MAXSTREAM MEDIA OÜ is established in the Republic of Estonia and is the intended media service provider for the TIBO television channels distributed in the European Union.
2. Editorial responsibility
Editorial responsibility for the TIBO television channels — the exercise of effective control over the selection of programmes and their organisation in the channels' schedules — will be exercised by MAXSTREAM MEDIA OÜ from Tallinn upon the grant of Estonian television licences. The name of the responsible editor will be published on this page upon appointment.
Editorial responsibility for the distributed third-party channels listed in the channel portfolio lies with their respective broadcasters; the group exercises no editorial control over those services.

4. Jurisdiction and licensing status
Current status: the TIBO television channels are operated by TRING MAKS DOOEL under the jurisdiction of the Republic of North Macedonia and the supervision of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services (AVMU).
In preparation: Estonian television licence applications by MAXSTREAM MEDIA OÜ are being prepared with the TTJA. The transfer of jurisdiction will be coordinated with both regulators so that each channel is at all times subject to exactly one jurisdiction. Licence numbers and per-channel provider attribution will be published here as licences are granted.
5. Ownership structure
TRING MAKS DOOEL and MAXSTREAM MEDIA OÜ operate under common ownership as companies of the same group. The ownership and management of MAXSTREAM MEDIA OÜ, including its beneficial owners, are publicly recorded in the Estonian e-Business Register under registry code 17425318. The ownership of TRING MAKS DOOEL is recorded in the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia.
6. Distributed third-party channels
In addition to the group's own TIBO channels, TRING MAKS DOOEL distributes third-party television channels to operators in North Macedonia and the wider Balkans under carriage and licensing agreements. These channels are services of their respective broadcasters, who retain editorial responsibility for them and remain subject to the jurisdiction of their own licensing authorities. Trademarks and logos of those channels are the property of their respective owners.
